*it's hot and sticky - kind of like Texas(!) Temps in the 80's-90's year round, winter is rainy season and summer is dry season, but it's super humid all year round. Poor livvy's head sweated for 3 days straight after we arrived. I'm talking all of her hair was soaked all the time. She's adjusted now and is back to normal!
*we see smiling faces everywhere we go, the people are SO friendly - we love it!
*it's kind of third-worldish with yummy hole-in-the-wall joints to eat at, the food is very yummy and spicy, did I mention spicy? (we haven't introduced olivia to the spicyness yet).
*Things are super cheap here, which is a great relief from the exorbitant (very expensive) prices in our last location.
*Everything here is beautiful and green - so many trees and flowers. After living in the desert for years, it is so refreshing to see green everywhere!
So overall we're doing well, enjoying our time here so far and enjoying good time with our friends, mj and hayley! Here are a few more pics just for fun...

Here is a picture of us with Grandpa Bruce! He just happened to be in Kuwait on business the night before we left. It was so fun to see him!
